Backstory

During his 1984 historic run for president, Rev. Jesse Jackson compared the Black and Brown vote to the rock that Biblical David used to topple Goliath.  Speaking at Tendly Baptist Church in Philadelphia, Jackson highlighted how the rock was  just laying around before “Lil David” picked it up… and defeated the “giant” Goliath.
